New Delhi: The Health Ministry and the Ministry of Home Affairs gave new information about the corona virus in the press conference today. Health Ministry Joint Secretary Love Aggarwal said that 630 people have recovered in 24 hours and the overall recovery rate is 25.19 percent.

- There have been 1718 new cases in the last 24 hours, the total number of infected reached 33050.
- There are a total of 23651 active cases, 630 people have recovered in 24 hours.
- The overall recovery rate is 25.19 percent, compared to 13 percent 14 days ago.
- 78 percent of those who died already had a disease.
- The death rate is found to be 3.2 percent. Of these, 65 percent are male and 35 percent are female.
- The dabbling rate has been 11 days, with many states performing well.
- Rapid test has a limited role, with ICMR coordinating it.
- Public awareness is needed, it is important to understand that it takes time to become an anti body.
- As far as testing and treatment protocol is concerned, we only have to do RTP-CR test.
- As of now, buses will be used to transport migrant laborers and students stranded in other states.
- The central team visited Hyderabad and found that all protocols were being followed here.
- There is a facility to perform 300 tests daily, patients are sent home by ambulance.
- The team found lockdown compliance to be successful in most locations. The team also found compliance with social distancing to be correct.
- However, laborers were found without masks at some under construction sites.
- Patients who have relatives in hospitals should comply with social distancing.
- There should also be a checkup of truck drivers.
