Plantation Drive organized by Social Activists Rajesh Bali in the presence of Ravi Shastri in collaboration with Dr.Arun Sharma Medical Superintendent and Team of doctors in Super Speciality Hospital.
Mr Bali said that Plantation Drive is organised to save our environment from pollution , Clean and green.
The Plantation Drive was organised with an aim of contributing to the green Jammu and clean Jammu to fight against Global Warming and there by reducing its impact an climate change and ultimately presenting a better environment for the next generation.
Locally available flora which can purify the air were planted during the plantation drive.
Mr Bali said that there team will continue in maintaining ecological balance and conserving the environment.Tree plantation is very important for the community.
He said every day should be considered as Van Mahotsav and plant’s should be grown to keep environment green, Clean, Safe and healthy.
Sh Ravi Shastri said that trees plantation combat many environmental issues Like deforestation, erosion of soil global warning More over tree’s absorb harmful gases and emit oxygen resulting in increase in oxygen supply.
There are many benefits of planting trees.But people still don’t realise there importance trees plantation is not Just something that should be done, instead, it is the necessity the urgent need of hour.
