Strong IAS lobby against Gulati
IAS Sunil Gulati has been at Khuddeline posting after returning to Haryana from deputation to the center. The printing and stationery, animal husbandry and dairy, fisheries and Haryana Minerals Limited departments remained with him. The powerful lobby of the IAS is against them. He does not like the government too Gulati is currently the senior-most IAS after the Chief Secretary but neither was he appointed as financial, nor was he given important responsibility. There are obstacles in his way to become the Chief Secretary.
