JAMMU: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) All Cells J&K has appointed new Conveners and Co-Conveners after a meeting conducted here today.
Rakesh Mahajan, In-charge, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) All Cells, Jammu and Kashmir was conducting the meeting of Teachers and Employees Cell, Cooperative Cell and Legal Cell at the Party Headquarters.
The meeting was held in the august presence of BJP President, Ravinder Raina; Ashok Koul General Secretary (Org); Sanjeev Sharma, State Convener Teachers and Employees Cell; Mukherjee Sharma, State Convener, Cooperative Cell and Rajesh Thappa, State Convener Legal Cell. Besides them, the Co-Conveners and Executive Body Members of the aforesaid three cells were also present in today’s meeting.
After detailed deliberations and discussions during the significant meeting, Senior Party leaders Ravinder Raina and Ashok Koul nominated JD Singh as the State Convener of Senior Citizens; Parimoksh Seth as Convener Human Rights Cells; Chamail Singh as Co Convener of Trade and Industries Cell; Sham Lal Gupta Co Convener of Cooperative Cell and Ved Prakash Sharma as the Co Convener of All Cells BJP Jammu and Kashmir.
After finalization of the names of the new Conveners and Co Conveners, Rakesh Mahajan In-charge, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) All Cells, Jammu and Kashmir as per the directions of Ravinder Raina and Ashok Koul, announced the names of District Presidents of the aforesaid three cells amidst thunderous applauds for the new appointees.
Ravinder Raina welcomed the appointment of new Conveners and Conveners and congratulated them for the same. He asked them to give their best in serving the people at the grass root level besides strengthening the party.
Ashok Koul, while felicitating the newly elected Conveners and Co conveners, advised them to work dedicatedly along with the party activists and workers so that the results of their efforts are visible at the grass roots level. He asserted that he had full confidence and trust in the new appointees as the party cadre right from the bottom to top works 24X7 by providing selfless service to the common people at the grass root level.
Meanwhile, the Conveners of the aforesaid three cells assured the senior party leaders of leaving no stone unturned in providing succour to the common people as per the priorities fixed in the BJP agenda. They informed Ravinder Raina and Ashok Koul that they have constituted the teams at district level and started working in their respective areas.
While speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Mahajan said “We have to stand up to the expectation of the Party led by Narendra Modi and have to cover every single voter at grass roots level and I have no doubt about it that the exercise shall be completed at the earliest by the party workers and activists under the guidance and supervision of the Conveners and Co-Conveners in their respective areas.
Following the directions of Ravinder Raina and Ashok Koul, Rakesh said that soon he will start visiting all the districts of Jammu and Kashmir and will hold meetings at constituency level to further strengthen the party base.
